Credit Repair Service Agreement
This agreement between Opulent Equity LLC and the undersigned (Applicant) is for the express purpose of credit report improvement. Opulent Equity LLC will challenge the derogatory removal of errors, misrepresentations, and/or unverifiable information that the Applicant claims to appear on all three credit bureaus. This is neither a debt consolidation nor a bill payment program. Opulent Equity LLC agrees to act diligently in the pursuit of this matter and will carry out this agreement within all Federal and State laws.
A. Total Price and Payment Terms
The total cost for the credit repair services provided by Opulent Equity LLC is $99.95 and is a part of the CEO LAUNCH Community. If client becomes inactive, we are to stop servicing client.
B. Applicant’s Obligations
The Applicant agrees to promptly provide Opulent Equity LLC with copies of all correspondences received from credit bureaus within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The Applicant must notify Opulent Equity LLC if they have not received any credit reports or correspondences from the credit reporting agencies forty (40) days after the last correspondence from Opulent Equity LLC or the credit reporting agencies. Failure to do so will cause delays in the credit improvement process.
While this agreement is in effect, the Applicant will not apply for any type of credit, including credit cards, car loans, or secured financing, without written notification to and consultation with Opulent Equity LLC at least 10 days prior to submitting a credit application.
C. Cancellation and Legal Notice
By federal law, you must know that YOU CAN DO THE CREDIT RESTORATION PROCESS YOURSELF. You also have 3 days to cancel this agreement, which must be done in writing. This cancellation will discontinue the consulting process. You can read and review The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) at www.ftc.gov or by writing to the FTC.
D. Agreement Term, Guarantee, and Cancellation
The term of this agreement shall continue until all quoted items are deleted, or unless Opulent Equity LLC decides to terminate it at any time.
E. Confidentiality and Information Disclosure
Due to the nature of this service, individuals who assist Opulent Equity LLC may view the Applicant's file and its contents. Opulent Equity LLC will take all reasonable measures to ensure that this information is handled responsibly and confidentially.
F. Dispute Process
Opulent Equity LLC will contact Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax on behalf of the Applicant to request an investigation to verify negative items.
G. Applicant’s Declaration
The Applicant declares that all disputed items are, to the best of their knowledge, incomplete, inaccurate, obsolete, unverifiable, and/or misleading. Opulent Equity LLC cannot guarantee the removal of items that are not incomplete, inaccurate, obsolete, unverifiable, and/or misleading. Opulent Equity LLC does not guarantee specific credit scores but offers the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee outlined in Section D.
H. Client Responsibility
The Applicant understands that Opulent Equity LLC is not responsible for any legal actions taken by creditors against the Applicant prior, during, or after the services provided. The Applicant understands and agrees that if Opulent Equity LLC has not received a final credit report or negotiated an extension to the agreement, then the contract will be considered satisfied, and the Applicant’s file will be closed.
I. Power of Attorney
The Applicant agrees to grant Opulent Equity LLC limited Power of Attorney for the sole purpose of acquiring, requesting verification, and disputing information related to their credit report(s) with all three credit agencies. The Applicant authorizes creditors to disclose account information relative to any transactions, past or present.
Notice of Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 5 days of signing it, without any penalty or obligation.
In the event of cancellation, any payment made by you under this contract must be returned to you within 15 days after the seller receives your notice of cancellation.
You have the option to cancel this contract without penalty or obligation until midnight on the 5th day following the date you signed the contract.
To cancel this contract, you must deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice stating "I hereby cancel this transaction" to Opulent Equity LLC before midnight on the fifth day after the date you signed this contract.
