I highly recommend Kinetic Rehab and Spine in Ramsey! When I started my physical therapy there, my back pain was so bad that I could barely get through my daily routine. I saw 4 different physical therapists there and they were all great- Anthony, Jess, Meryl and Anna. Most of the time, I worked with Anthony and Jess, and they were just incredible. Their massages were life saving to my back. And the stretches and exercises helped target my trouble spot perfectly. I was able to do them at home too. I am so grateful to have gone to Kinetics. I gradually was able to handle just twice a week and got off the medication, and now I just had my last visit this week and feel a million times better. I’m able to get around very well now and am slowly getting back to activities I could no longer do when I started, like gardening and yoga. The entire staff there is always very friendly and helpful. I have severe back issues. Especially in sciatic area. It was so intense I could not walk far at all.
