Tyler the tech was great from the moment he arrived. He immediately put on shoe coverings upon arrival and introduced himself, talked about the 1-year checkup on our appliances and the got started. Charged $400 washer still not fixed. Took months for refund. Waited months because supposedly the refund was mailed. Then told to create a Venmo, then PayPal. We checked all the filters nothing seemed to be broken or clogged. Obviously we needed some professional help. We scheduled a visit from Ridge Appliance Repair online --we appreciated the operator working around our busy schedule and then being just as friendly and cheerful when we had to reschedule the visit. Tyler came on time and fixed the machine within 20 minutes, extracting a piece of glass that had broken the pump and he also had to replace it. We called this company because they were highly rated and and worked on ice makers. We have and under-the-counter kitchen aid ice maker and it was not making ice. Really great service and decent pricing on the repair of my Samsung refrigerator. We called them out to come fix an icemaker issue that stopped the icemaker from working properly. When the technician showed up he instantly knew the issue and seeing that the icemaker had ice all over it. They fixed it within a few days and it is still working great.

We have used this company 4x in the last year or so. First they fixed my LG Fridge compressor then my washer drain pump then my dryer squeaking noise and now my dishwasher isn’t draining. Tyler replaced my LG compressor and about 3 months later it went out again. Turns out it leaked all the refrigerant out. The tech went above and beyond this morning for my GE refrigerator. Not only did he fix my freezer not freezing on my fridge he recommended to replace the water filter every 6 months and I haven't replaced it in a year and a half. In August 2020 they repaired our refrigerator. To date, they still have not provided a receipt for us. Therefore, we have no idea what was done to our fridge or what replacement part was used. We are contacting LG concerning a law suit about parts used in our fridge.
