Taylor Chiropractic and Laser Center has treated me for many years. I had a knee injury in college in 1969 with resulting hardware. the knee has always bothered me. For years I treated to keep me going with regular activity. Eventually as my cartilage eroded the pins began to penetrate the tibia and combined with osteoporosis arthritis a total knee replacement became inevitable. I continued treating prior to surgery to be in the best possible shape as possible for the surgery. The treatments maintained the softness and flexibility in my soft tissue surrounding the knee. And I began treating two days post surgery. I was treated with shock wave therapy, cryo therapy, laser treatments, PEMF therapy, muscle stimulation and massage. I have had a wonderful recover and am ready to resume pickleball seven weeks after surgery. Also I was surprised at how well my scar has healed, see photos below. I was informed that cryo and laser not only healing internally has a cosmetic nature in healing the scar. My preference is to work through chiropractic care as long as possible and avoid surgery. Out of desperation I reached out and within 2 (painful but effective) sessions I was able to raise my arm to my ear. Fast forward to 2weeks ago my little one is born and I bend over to put her in her walker and BAM my back gives out. I call and he immediately gets me in and sends me to the ER after and I was able to walk the next day with one shot of nsaids and a steroid pack.(this happened to me before and I was unable to walk for about a week and on all kinds of muscle relaxers, pain meds and steroids). My husband went to Taylor Chiropractic to get relief for knee pain. The website states the Taylor method for relieving pain with shock treatment and a specialized laser treatment. Dr. Taylor said that treating knee pain was his specialty and he would be treating my husband. We were charged $3400 for (12) 30 minute sessions. This was for both knees. Out of the 12 sessions he treated him only 3 times. He assigned Dr. Laura to do the rest. What she did basically was massaging the area with coconut oil and arnica cream. She either was not comfortable using the laser or shock treatment. Both knees were not worked on during many sessions. During the initial consultation we were told by the office personnel that they will give us a receipt we can forward to Medicare and Insurance. Later that day Dr. Taylor called to ask me not to get in touch with Medicare as Medicare had flagged them twice and he will be fined if it happened again. That should have been a RED FLAG for us but my husband was in pain and was desperate. Well finally at the end of 12 sessions we realised that the Taylor method was a SCAM. He smiles a lot and they welcome you with a letter quoting Proverbs from the Bible. Please do not fall for it. It cost us $95 a MINUTE ($3400 for 12 30 minute sessions) I don't know how he is as a Chiropractor but his so called SPECIALIZED treatment using the TAYLOR METHOD is nothing but a SCAM. I do not have the time to do reviews but every time I see his Ad I get so angry that I felt I needed to find the time to warn unsuspecting customers about this SCAM. Less

He recommended an MRI and I later learned that I have cervical radiculopathy, ie, pinched nerves in the neck. I came into this office with a stiff neck unable to lift my arm above my shoulder without significant pain. Coming out of the office my stiff neck felt relaxed and I had full free motion of my arms with hardly any pain.

Honestly, I went to a chiropractor many years ago and just felt better for a few hours. This place blew my mind. They have a laser machine that literally had me crying tears of joy and relief and it worked so fast. If I could have, I would have purchased one because I didn't want to leave and then he brought out another machine that broke up a knot in my neck that no acupressure, deep tissue massage, nothing could ever compare to it. I would often pay hundreds for a 2 hour deep tissue massage that provided like 30 minutes relief. I woke up this morning feeling normal in my neck and my inner shoulder blade. It was such an amazing difference. He also has alot of knowledge about sports injuries (I was a gymnast), diet, exercise plans and will even evaluate or take tests to see how your body is functioning. So grateful & will never go to another chiropractor again! I hope this helps. They take care credit too if you don't have insurance, credit or cash which is a relief and the only way I can likely continue the number of sessions I need. Don't contemplate, you can't do better. After muscle testing, adjusting, and treatment to adhesions Dr. Taylor invited me to a free consultation at his office. A few days later I went in and he asked about my chemical intake. I eat really healthy was my response. What about gluten??? He nailed it, I am a pasta addict. Since I have cut out gluten and I'm already feeling better. He also immediately realized I am locked in my hip and unbalanced with a short leg. We didn't do any treatment during consultation but he gave me his book. I went home and read the whole thing. It was exactly what I needed to recommit myself to listening to my body and becoming a life learner. He was clear this is not a quick fix, the longer the issue has gone on the more time and treatments it could take. I put off going back to Dr. Taylor the next week because I was feeling so horrible. Beside the cramps in uterus I was having a hard time walking. My feet were cramping and aching so bad I could hardly walk. I temporarily quit driving and needed to walk and bus everywhere. Excellent experience with Dr. Taylor! Amazing work and genuine customer service! I was recently in a motorcycle accident and twisted my ankle. After going to the emergency room and later being referred to orthopedics, my ankle was still stiff, swollen, and in pain after two weeks. Then I paid a visit to Dr. Taylor's office and when I left my ankle felt so much better that I felt ready to run and exercise again! I had been down for 2 weeks, scared to exercise because I didn't want to re-injure myself. Makes me wish I was able to see him earlier! Dr. Taylor used different methods to help treat my ankle until I was back to full strength. He is very thorough with his treatment and made sure I was back to my full strength before leaving his office. Not only did Dr. Taylor do everything to make my ankle feel better, he also gave me an adjustment for the other areas that were damaged during my accident. I did not realize how bad my back hurt from my accident until after Dr. Taylor's adjustment. After my adjustment I literally felt as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. For the past few days since I left Dr. Taylor's office I feel as if it's easier to keep my posture and it doesn't discomfort me to walk anymore in my back, my ankle, or anywhere for that matter! It is always a pleasant experience when you have a doctor who is very knowledgable in his field and cares for his clients as Dr. Taylor does. As soon as I arrived to his office I heard his clients talking about how Dr. Taylor was the BEST and after being treated by him I could see exactly what they meant! Definitely will be back! I highly recommend this office. Finding a good chiropractor is hard, but with Dr. Taylor you get so much more than exceptional chiropractic work. One of the big take aways I got was his care for his patients. Very nice doctor and truly cared for everyone in his office. It is great to know how much variety is offered in his office from the technology to the knowledge that he offers. The biggest highlights for me were the relaxing hydro bed and therapy I received on my ankle and the Energy Pressure Wave Technology he used to target my most painful areas. That thing was AMAZING! I had been to a chiropractor a few times in my life...starting back when I was 12 years old (I'm now in my 40's) so I had an idea of what to expect. Thinking a good tuneup from a chiropractic adjustment would be good, I was in for a pleasant surprise when I met Derek Taylor. He offers a much more comprehensive assessment of your health than your average neighborhood chiropractor. I opted for the nutritional, hormonal, and general bloodwork analysis, as I hadn't had a good checkup on that stuff in a long while. I was SO impressed with the thoroughness and insight Derek had in this area. He is seriously on his game! Without going into great detail, let me just say that you can trust that you are in good hands with Taylor Chiropractic if you are looking to get a nice overview of your current state of health. Dr. Taylor was able to diagnose the root of several issues (including mono-like symptoms as well as constant neck spasms and dizzy spells and general nausea and fatigue) that had been ongoing for more than a year. My general practitioner had prescribed medications, but instead of taking them, I chose to investigate Dr. Taylor's holistic route and I am SO GRATEFUL I did. After a few chiropractic adjustments did not improve my condition, Dr. Taylor turned his focus toward what might be going on internally. It turns out my liver and gall bladder were not functioning optimally. Through the supplements and dietary and lifestyle changes he recommended, EVERY SINGLE ISSUE DISAPPEARED and NOT ONE has returned over the past 3 years. I shudder to think where I might be had I not sought his treatment!!
