Got a quick respense of, "no problem". Fast forward a few hours later, I recieved a call from them saying they needed to cancel due to the chance of high wind. I get it. Safety is the number one priority. My problem is the timing. The owner sent me a screenshot of the wind advisory that came in affect at 3:06pm. I wasn't contacted until 6pm. The young lady that called said it was because everyone was busy but the owner said it was because they just found out. Either way, it gave me little to no time to plan anything else. If you need to cancel, give proper notice. Although a refund of my deposit was given, I doubt I will be renting from them again. Less

The best place to rent bouncy house for your kid. I love them services, I try to rent 4 hour for my baby first b'day, they deliver early and let me have it for more than 24 hours.
