I have thought long and hard whether or not I should leave a review regarding the service we received but I had the last straw today. This is by far the worst rental company we have ever dealt with. We have been accused of fraud, slander, spreading false information but worst of all the owner, Trevor is just plain rude. We had a problem with our payment not reflecting on time due to public holidays prior to us taking occupation in our rental unit. We tried phoning Trevor numerous times to resolve the issue,he refused to take any of our calls, and basically said it is not their problem. We suggested to Trevor and the office administrator that we would make another instant payment which would reflect immediately to ensure we get access to the property as arranged. This was not communicated to either the agent that assisted us nor to the landlord. Our renewal has now come up, I have confirmed on more than one occasion that we will be extending the lease. We received the addendum with incorrect dates, I requestes changes be made, followed up on the email twice without getting a response. A month later I get a whatsapp from the agent asking if we are going to extend the lease. I truly have no words to describe how frustrating it is dealing with this company, if I could give minus stars I would. Less
