We ended up hearing about these guys because they had done a lot of work in our neighborhood. They came right out and gave us an estimate. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to others companies we got estimates from. What set them apart though was the customer service. Termites can be expensive and we were worried someone would take advantage of us... the owner of T2 explained the whole process to us and let us know that they only used the best chemicals available and also would use more than required in problem areas. We felt really comfortable working with them because we could tell they were going to do all they could to fix our issues. It's been several months and we haven't had any issues. They also gave us more peace of mind by offering a warranty for a minor fee. I would recommend these guys to all my friends and family. Less
