When I came in, the staff was very welcoming and understanding of my situation. They typically do x-rays on their patients but obviously I couldn’t (with the pregnancy) so they did a physical exam and explained the issues they are seeing and explained everything they can do and offer. Not once did they leave any question or concern unanswered. The major concern I had was would this affect my pregnancy and I learned they handled a lot of pregnant patients before and after delivery. Now to the treatment, I am currently (as I write this review) halfway through my treatment plan and I must say I have never felt better and I can sleep again. I still have minor aches but it’s 90% better than it was before. Gina has done wonders and she’s very accommodating. When she is not there, Tony works on me and he is wonderful as well. After the treatment every appointment, you have to do physical therapy and it can be difficult at first, but it does get easier. If you are in too much pain, they will find alternatives or take it easier on you that day. The women who watch you during therapy are wonderful! They are very reassuring and understanding of everyone’s situation and they take your mind off the therapy while you are doing it. After therapy, you get to do cooldown therapy (Stim, massage rollers, etc), which I currently am only on rollers which I absolutely love! The best part is after all of this therapy, when I leave, I feel better than before I go in (which is rare after physical therapy in general). The receptionists are amazing, they understand that life gets in the way and when I need to reschedule appointments, they always find a time slot that works perfect for me without going more than 2 days later (where most places it’s like 2 weeks or longer). Do not mistaken this as they are not busy, this place is always busy but you’re still treated like a valued patient and you are never rushed. As for payments, they set you up day one on a payment option, but if you have to move a payment around, they work with you without refusing treatment (they care about their patients health more than money which is a win for me). Someone mentioned this place was pushy in one of the reviews, I am not sure where they got that from, from my experience they are everything but pushy! I even had my husband come in and he was iffy about Chiropractic care, so after his evaluation he was about to refuse the treatment plan and they were understanding and told him if he changes his mind that they would be be there. After I got my treatment that day, he decided to go through with it and they fit him right in after me. He is now also a patient. Overall, I know I wrote a LONG review, but honestly, this place saved me from going to a back specialist and kept me from a possible pain med addiction and/or surgery. I have been going there for the last month or so. The staff there is very nice but the management or doctor(s) haven’t behaved well. Especially, I’m extremely disappointed with what his name Tony ( I think he is owner come Chiropractor) did today. I have been calling them every time and notifying them when I was not able to make it to the appointment . Sometimes it was a few hours before, sometimes a day before of my appointment. Because the staff there was very flexible and they said what I’m doing with notifying them is correct and working well. through out my program with them, I kept checking with them so that I don’t miss the process. However today my doctor and one other person name Tony behaved completely unacceptable. I understand I had to move my appointments multiple times recently because my work had been crazy lately. And staff there (most of them) were very nice and they are accommodating my schedule. But today when I went there for an appointment , the doctor didn’t show up for about 15 minutes. Usually they come quick. Doctor asked me “where have you been man” and said we cancelled your upcoming appointment. I was like what the heck happened ? After that , I started my exercise. While I was in the middle of the exercise session, this person name Tony called me and said “Hey , you have a minute? “ like he is my manager and I’m his subordinate. He took me into a room very rudely and said , hey you have to sign in this document so that we can bill you $60 fine going forward if I’m late or miss . What the heck ! He should have let me know politely and said hey ! Please watch out or should have given me a heads up . Instead he behaved extremely weird and said I have to sign on this document. I don’t understand why he had to grab me while I was in the middle of the exercise. He then closed the door and made me sign . He didn’t behave like it is a professional environment. It was shocking to see that kind of behavior and it was completely awkward. I let front desk staff know about this and they all felt bad and apologized. I wish these people had discussed with me at least once before they make me sign on the document. The staff kept telling me always that I have been very nice and working with them properly I really don’t understand from where this person Tony suddenly came from and did this thing with anger!! I doubt he even discussed about my profile with staff before reaching out to me ! In worst case , they should have sent me a letter or bill saying that I missed appointments and make this payment. I would have happily paid it !! I hope this will not happen to anyone else. I never experienced this kind of behavior with any other organization before. So took time to write up this review. Previously, I’d get X-rays and a quick neck/back adjustment and be on my way. It never really helped in any long term. Dr. Siobhan came up with a very comprehensive plan that has really worked wonders for me. From the initial consult to the adjustments and stretching, strengthening, and decompression with Ashley, they really do have a great system that works. You do have to listen to them and stick with it. Also, the recommendation of icing my problem areas has been beneficial as well. As an otherwise active guy who sits at a desk most of the day, this all has helped me feel drastically better than I have one quite a long time. I never realized that certain signals simply were not working anymore/as well due to my subluxations. Most notably would probably be my left tricep starting to seem to work better in workouts and just in general. Another big improvement has been in my neck and helping sinus issues since childhood. Don’t think I ever needed all the drugs and allergy tests, simply needed my neck aligned/decompressed. In any case, this company and these people are awesome and everyone should go there! Less

Chiropractic doctors usually spread appointments over multiple weeks and then maintenance appointments once a month. I stopped my maintenance appointments when I felt I had recovered last time and didn’t have the issue resurface till my recent injury, 6 months later. Insurance may cover treatment. I like this practice, they’ve made an effort to make it a friendly, happy place, and it feels good to be a part of that group. Everyone who works there has always been professional and courteous. Front desk and support staff are wonderful too. All doctors there seem nice, though May have slightly different adjustment styles. I have worked out of Chiroprator clinics before, and I recommend them because I have experienced continued relief from their treatments and trust their treatments to not cause harm. If you’re concerned about aggressive manipulations, just mention that over the phone and to the doctor before manipulations, and they can do gentler treatments. Less

The office is very flexible and has always had same-day appointments when I need it. I have been going to this practice since I was 16 years old and I’ve had the best service. What a warm welcoming office. I have not seen this kind of service in years. Everyone who worked there had a smile on there face and went out of their way to answer any questions. Imagine a doctor that actually listens to your concerns and explains everything to you in terms that you understand! Because of the favorable reviews I suggest this place to a friend with medicare and medicaid. Her insurance has no copay for chiropractic services and xrays. Her first visit did not involve any physical adjustments only to come back the next day to work on a 'plan of treatment'. She was charged $61 for services rendered - an ice pack. The doctors at Complete Chiropractic know what they are doing. Dr. Eric helped stop my immeasurable back pain after a car wreck. Dr. Siobhan (pronounced Chevon) is one of the best chiropractics out there. This is definitely a monthly stop!

Ok so I hate to make not so good reviews but I feel like this time it's a must. So first off the first appointment they are VERY pushy when it comes to your "health plan" or whatever they call it and It was very uncomfortable the pressure of signing up for a huge plan that costs over $1000 (5 weeks I believe- 2 to 3 times a week) then after paying I realize that they were only cracking my neck 1 way my back (when they remembered -in one spot) and my 1 hip (it didn't Crack almost half of the times I went but they would pretend it did after pushing multiple times and then saying "oh there it is" but clearly no crack) then wrists when they remembered. Mind you I told them I lifted weights(kinda needed a full adjustment) then the physical training they make you sign up for (the lady is super nice) but it's the same few movements 90% of the time that could be done at home after seeing what to do the first time (but had to pay to do it there everytime-by myself.. the same as being home doing it) the little shock machine they put on you everytime never really did anything for me either (but still had to pay for it) lastly they pushed and pushed and pushed for me to sign up for follow up adjustments. The ladies there are mostly very nice but the whole thing made me feel a bit off knowing how much money it was and never feeling any better. My upper back and neck constantly feels as if it needs cracked now and my tailbone issue isnt any better and also my wrists are extremely bad now. Ok so I hate to make not so good reviews but I feel like this time it's a must. So first off the first appointment they are VERY pushy when it comes to your "health plan" or whatever they call it and It was very uncomfortable the pressure of signing up for a huge plan that costs over $1000 (5 weeks I believe- 2 to 3 times a week) then after paying I realize that they were only cracking my neck 1 way my back (when they remembered -in one spot) and my 1 hip (it didn't Crack almost half of the times I went but they would pretend it did after pushing multiple times and then saying "oh there it is" but clearly no crack) then wrists when they remembered. Mind you I told them I lifted weights(kinda needed a full adjustment) then the physical training they make you sign up for (the lady is super nice) but it's the same few movements 90% of the time that could be done at home after seeing what to do the first time (but had to pay to do it there everytime-by myself.. the same as being home doing it) the little shock machine they put on you everytime never really did anything for me either (but still had to pay for it) lastly they pushed and pushed and pushed for me to sign up for follow up adjustments. The ladies there are mostly very nice but the whole thing made me feel a bit off knowing how much money it was and never feeling any better. My upper back and neck constantly feels as if it needs cracked now and my tailbone issue isnt any better and also my wrists are extremely bad now. This was my first experience with going to the chiropractor and I'm extremely disappointed in how it all went down. Less

Took roughly two months to fix me but they did and I can now play with my kids again with no pain. Thank you! My back was hurting from golf. I saw Dr. Manes and she fixed me right up! I had been away from CCH for a few month due to a minor health issue, but I was missing my monthly adjustments! My body could tell..I was well enough to go back last week, and they welcomed me back with no issues..they are all so easy to be around and I'm glad I'm back!!

Dr. Tony is always able to adjust me so well that I feel like a new person when I leave there. The whole staff is friendly and they really care about the their patients.

They plan events and fun things and all proceeds go to children's causes. They are very flexible in their scheduling and always find a way to fit me in, if need be. My overall health is great. I attribute that to being aware of my body and how it works and CCH has played a big role in teaching me how to maintain my spine. I am so glad I found CCH and recommend them to everyone I meet who has physical pain that family doctors and pills cannot fix. Give em a try. You won't regret it!! Less
