I trained with Jodie for 4 years as a college baseball player. I noticed a transformation in not only myself as an athlete but also as a person. Jodie is great strength coach and even better individual. Would highly recommend any athlete that wants to get better at all levels of life and athletics
Jodie has helped me develop as an athlete, improving my strength, speed, and mobility. He has also helped me understand my nutrition to make sure I would be the best I could be. Jodie always gives his athletes 110% of himself when he trains. This is definitely the guy to train with.

Although I am not a part of Jodie’s training program for Eckerd College Athletics, I can tell he cares a lot about the athletes he works with. He has a lot of experience working with professionals and has been able to pass that on to younger collegiate athletes. He is always there to give tips if he sees me in the weight room and it is much appreciated!

Great experience with Jodie. He has a lot of professional personal training experience and is able to provide great exercises and explanations as to the benefits of each exercise. I would recommend him as a trainer for anybody. Very well versed in all aspects of training and can set you on the path to achieve your fitness goals.

Jodie Johnson improved my running form tremendously. Also, he gave me weightlifting workouts to do on my own so I could workout everyday when I was away from him which help me get faster and gain muscle.
He makes personalizes workouts to best fit the athletes needs and improves your overall athleticism.
Jodie Johnson is a great guy and an exceptional sprint trainer. He helped me fix my running technique which in turn has increased my speed drastically. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you need some help with sprinting or even long distance running.

Training with Jodie has really elevated my speed and mobility to a whole different level. With having access to every different piece of technology and equipment, we have been able to bring my 40 time to a 4.5 and while gaining muscle and cutting off fat, in about a year of training with him. Nothing but positives with Jodie!
