My son loves his class! Ryan and his team are amazing at what they do. They are fun but, focus on learning and building the kids skills. My son has changed so much since he's been apart of this program. He so much more confident and has grown to use his voice a lot more. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who feels like they're a kid needs a little bit of structure But aren't into the traditional sports at school. Granite Bay Jiu-Jitsu does a great job of balancing the casual attendees like me, with the competitive participants. They teach techniques that are applicable and do a good job of returning to those techniques, which is helpful to fine tune them as your skill level improves. The facility is great too. This is an outstanding place to train. Coach Ryan has fostered a really positive culture at this gym. The teachers are outstanding and approachable. Everyone is helpful and willing to teach. We celebrate everyone’s success and personal growth. If you like to compete, you can ramp up the training w the competition classes and they have done really well at tournaments.
