You couldn't ask for a better staff- From Joy at the front counter who is always positive and knows exactly who I am when I call, to Dr. Webb and Dr. Cavaliere who both do fantastic adjustments, of course Mindy (MY SAVIOR) who I see for manual massage therapy, and even Keith who always has something on the speakers that isn't elevator music. Since I've been regularly seeing the staff, my muscle pain has gotten to a manageable place between the cortisone shots and the massage. I've begun to recognize when my body needs to be adjusted and how to take steps to manage it between visits. Roach Family Chiropractic not only provides excellent chiropractic care, but they use a variety of treatments to provide a complete wellness package. My package included a combination of chiropractic adjustments, pain injections, hot and cold therapy, massage and physical therapy. I'm now pain free and feeling great. Upon first arriving to Dr. Roach’s center, you notice just how different it is than other doctor’s offices. There is all kinds of other equipment around that you would see in other places. As I would find out, they have all different kinds of equipment, because they want to be able to heal all kinds of people with various types of treatments…not just chiropractic ones. Once you have been diagnosed, one of the doctors will thoroughly explain what is wrong and what the treatment plan will be. It’s reassuring and calming to hear them walk you through how you will begin to feel better and back to normal. You also notice very early on how nice and kind the people are. They all take the time to learn your name and become genuinely invested in your recovery. The Roach team greets you by name after just a couple visits and you begin to relax whenever you visit. It really does feel like a family is looking out and pulling for you. I am in much less pain and I thank them for it. I indicated to her that I will not pay for a bill that I do not know what is for, especially when I paid every single time that I was there; even for a massage that I was original told my insurance will cover. Be careful before you commit yourself going to this pace, for sure you will be charged for more that you are told your insurance will cover. I had pulled a muscle in my back helping a friend move over the weekend. I didn't know if I was going to be able to get out of bed the next day. Dr Webb gave me an adjustment and I instantly felt relief. I was able to function close to 100% normal the following week. A very gifted doctor who knows what he is doing.

I have suffered from a 'bad back' for years. I have been treated numerous times by Dr. Roach and his staff and cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism, courtesy and skill. Through education and treatment Dr. Roach has instructed me in ways to improve the care of my spine and as a result I live pain free. I still need the occasional adjustment, but otherwise what has bothered me my entire life has been relegated to minor inconvenience. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I love this office ! the office is clean , the doctors are really helping me and the staff are extremely nice especially NONI and Joy at the front desk .
