Notice a sizeable water spot on the ceiling. Called roofing company to check the roof. Kyle and Chase checked the attic and saw it wasn't the roof, but a vent pipe thats been leaking. Two hurricanes and 4 years later they came back immediately when I called for some extremely minor roof repairs and to install some kick out flashing. They did not honor the warranty. Had multiple leaks and had to pay another company to repair and correct the issues with the roof. Roof is one year old. Also have to pay someone to repair the damage to the ceiling from water damage.
