However, as our sessions continued, I became increasingly uncomfortable with what felt like constant sales pitches for more sessions. What started off as informative presentations on the benefits of chiropractic care and the different pricing options eventually devolved into fear mongering tactics, which made me feel pressured and uncomfortable in every session. The focus shifted from addressing my specific needs to pushing more sessions on me, to the point where majority of my sessions were sales pitches and uncomfortable questioning regarding when I'd add more sessions to my care plan. It would have sufficed to be made known the session options and pricing just once or twice. While I was able to get my issue resolved in such a great environment with the best staff, the focus on sales over my needs as a patient detracted greatly from my overall experience. Less

Ultimately the actions of my previous chiro visit put me in the orthopedic urgent care with neck spasms causing pain so intense I couldn't dress myself. I did it! I found her. A sassy red head, funny, kind, brilliant, and a former motorcyclists (until recently). She not only listened to my concerns but was patient and didn't push me. I came into their office and could not move my neck! Dr. Wolf and Dave put me back together!
