The office staff is always gracious. Although there might be a wait for your appointment, it is worth your time as Dr. DeNoble is an incredibly kind, patient, excellent orthopedic physician.

I’ve had terrible arthritis in my left thumb and have seen a few doctors in the past. Over a year ago I saw Dr Ratliff in the Wayne office. When my thumb started hurting again recently of course I sought out Dr Ratliff again however he is now in parsippany. I’m glad that I did as the injection that he gave me was right on the mark! Since there was no pain and no physical disability, he advised me to wait for either to occur before the fascia was released. Again, he guided me to the prudent path of waiting to see. Dr DeNoble always answers the 1000 questions I ask with each visit. Nerve damage is a very gray area and I tend to often be a bit of a black and white person. The staff is very friendly and Naomi is my go to person and always helps me in whatever I need. I broke my arm while on vacation in NJ, no doctor was taking me with Florida HMO insurance even when I offered to pay. Dr. Sern accepted me as a patient and took very good care of me. Beautiful clean office. Friendly employees never put on hold when calling the office..Dr. Stern was very knowledgeable. Was familiar with my husband before she walked in. An amazing orthopedic group!. My 2 yr old grandson fractured his leg. Dr. DeNoble was extreme caring and efficient... not one tear from my grandson. He even was concerned enough to put on a waterproof cast to make it easier for Mommy 😊. I would highly recommend.

After raking leaves, my elbow locked up as it had done years ago, My regular orthopedist was unavailable on a Friday, and Dr. Ratliff was willing to see me on short notice. He removed fluid from my elbow and gave me a cortisone shot. Worked immediately! I can now finish my leaves.

Dr. DeNoble went out of his way to accommodate me as a patient as I am out of network and I felt that he was 100% on my side as a patient. He fit me into surgery just before Labor Day weekend. He and Jen, the practice manager, took several calls from me over the holiday weekend. Now I am 2+ weeks out of surgery and cleared to begin some physical therapy, and feeling much better.
