I've never been a huge fan of wedding videos, having seen a few of them throughout the years. However, these guys take an artistic approach that I could only really describe as cinematic. Aside from just me nerding out about their wide range of equipment and techniques (and believe me, these guys have a love of what they do, and it shows), they also happen to be very professional and accommodating to your needs. For this wedding, they were a two-man team, meeting with us as early as noon when we were getting ready, then taping the first look and some great b-roll prior to the wedding itself. They were totally fly-on-the-wall, and never got in the way of a busy bride or groom as the day got hectic. But more importantly, they were sure to capture those happy moments, like the bridesmaids getting to see the bride in full regalia for the first time, or the groomsmen taking a shot of whiskey just before embarking to meet the bride. There were also little moments where we had to stand still while one of the guys circled around us with a Steadicam-type thing, but the end result was super cool. One caveat is that I would recommend you clearly state your needs about what deliverables you want so that you understand what you are paying for. They gave us a slick, stylistic cut that served as a 7-minute highlight reel of the best stuff. However, that's their standard package. We ended up paying a little extra (however, it was very reasonable) to get an edit of the ceremony, speeches and first dances. But be up front about what you want (I had a very "it's whatever" attitude, which you don't want when you're dealing with something like this), and Todd and crew will be very accommodating to your needs. They definitely made our wedding look epic, and they will do the same for you. Less
