She takes pride in their authenticity. We ordered the traditional margherita and the Fancy Goat Pizza, baked in a traditional brick oven that is easily observed from your seat and delivered to your table in no time at all. One size for all, but it is very light and filling and doesnt leave you feeling engorged or disgusted. All ingredients are made from scratch and the pizzas are reasonably priced. Looking forward to going back again. Less

Amazing food and wine selection. If you haven't tried the weekly pasta specials, you are missing out on one of the greatest pleasures of life. The desserts are what dreams are made of.
Awesome fresh made pizza as always. Great wine selection. Desserts are on point, too…”take the cannoli”. Haha. And don’t forget to check on the counter for miscellaneous fresh made items like jelly or other desserts.
Wonderful food, great service, they even made gluten free pasta (with advance notice) for my husband.
This is real deal Italian/Neapolitan pizza. Fayetteville ppl looking for the genuine article get there as soon as you can!
Four stars for the pizza I have had it a few times and it is good. I ate the pasta excited, penne vodka is my favorite, but I ate one piece. My boyfriend and I went here the first time the other weekend. The food is amazing! The pizza is authentic unlike domino's etc. Great prices too. The atmosphere of cozy, the restaurant is nice and I love the area of fresh basil that's growing!! The lady who runs the restaurant is kind as well and we enjoyed chatting with her. Definitely my new favorite restaurant and we will be back.
Delicious food beautiful presentation. I have no complaints.
5 stars. Food is delicous!
Only one word comes to mind: WOW!!! We have been in NC for about six years and often lamented that pizza in and around Fayetteville was decent at best. Gusto’s is definitely the best pizza in Fayetteville without question. We definitely look forward to making this our go to place for pizza.
To Glenda who reviewed this place three days ago- the owner/chef was probably in a bad mood because she had a death in the family that day. Give it time, and try it again. The restaurant may not be for everybody (those without taste, those without a sense of humor or can't take a joke) but it's darn sure for me. Every time I go in there it's kind of like a raucous episode of Cheers. While business is going full-bore and trust me- it gets CRAZY BUSY in there, the staff are still attentive enough and good enough to make it feel like home. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Less
Overpriced and very mean atmosphere didn't feel welcomed at all
Coming from a full Italian mother it's hard to find good Italian food without making it at home but here it's always the best
Very authentic Italian restaurant with adorable atmosphere! Must try Fancy Goat pizza.
Delicious pizza, friendly staff. Must try
Great food…..great customer service! Will be back!!!!
La pizza estava muy buena aunque havia muy poca cantidad de alimentos.
I cannot with this pizza. It reminds me of saturday’s back home, when we would go to Napoli Pizza. Nadia is the sweetest, most enabling host. Came for one Pizza, left after eating two, tons of Lambrusco and Dessert ❤️ Our favorite!!!
Tried their Pizza... Amazing! Highly recommend.
Moving here I was so frustrated with the options of restaurants…. But then we found this place.. HEAVEN! Chef Nadia is amazing, you can tell she loves what she does. Her Pizzas are comfort food. Simple, straight forward flavors that will warm your soul! Have some red wine with it and you can imagine you’re in Italy. Already looking forward to my next pizza.
This place is amazing! Authentic Italian pizza that I haven’t had since Naples, Italy! Great atmosphere. The owner comes around and makes a friendly encounter. You don’t get that now and days. Thank you for the amazing experience and great company!
Watching my pizza being cooked in an wood burning brick over was very cool. The pizza was delicious and the chef even recommended a great wine to go with it. Definitely will back
Come on out and eat the best za in town! Super authentic and made fresh!
This carbonara was 🤌 SO GOOD! Tonight was our first date night in months and I’m so glad we chose to come here! Really friendly staff and incredible food! Will absolutely be coming back! Thank you! ❤️
Food was amazing! Best pizza ever! Service was great. They even offer cooking classes. Stop by if you are in the area!
I haven’t had real Italian pizza this good since I was a child. I will be coming here again and bringing friends. This food is worth every bite and the atmosphere of the restaurant reminds me of the Italians in my family. I am so excited to have found a genuine pizzeria in North Carolina. 😊😋

This is TRUE italian food. The chef is a master at knowing her art and her passion for this shows. If I could, I would work here just to learn her beautiful ways of true italian cooking. The atmosphere is small, friendly, and welcoming. I will absolutely be returning. Thank you for a beautiful food experience.
Had the newest pizza, the Porky Fig and it was absolutely scrumptious!!! Very cute dining area and a real wood fire stove that is lovely to watch. Tiramisu also top notch!! Creamy and not overly sweet.
Loved it, so thankful friends told me about Gusto Napolitano.
Ate here for lunch on Saturday. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is small with not alot of seating. They have a limited supply of drink choices, the do have a number of wines available. The food we got: Margherita Pizza, Spinach and Ricotta Pizza Fritta and Cannoli were good. The pizza fritta was very good.
This is the best pizza place I’ve found outside of Italy!! I can’t wait to come back!!
Expected to be adopted into her extended Italian family and maybe a culinary history lesson. Don't expect food like most anywhere else in the United States
LOVE! After living in Italy I miss the food so much. Tonight my husband and I got eight pizzas for our family. The food took me right back to the family-owned restaurants that we would walk to and have dinner when we lived in Italy. The restaurant was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly.

They have wood fired pizza guys!! Was so good, super fresh and just over all wonderful. Can’t wait to come back!
Eccellent restaurant. The chef is real Neapolitan lady, very friendly and prepares magnificant dishes.
Very cozy environment with a brick oven in view so you can watch your pizza being made using fresh ingredients. Pizza are delicious as well as comforting. Staff are friendly to the point it felt I was in a family home. Gusto ruined other pizza places for me! Cannot wait to go back again!! <3

This is an incredible restaurant, making pizza the hard and right way. I love getting a pie from this place. CW
Amazing food, amazing people! I first met Chef Minneti when taking my first course in food prep at FTCC. She was an amazing, fun loving, knowledgeable teacher who really knows her Italian cooking! Be sure to stop in and give it a try.
Fabulous food! Fayetteville is blessed to have such a place! I get a pizza from here every week (sometimes more than once). This place and the Indian restaurant keep me alive in Fayetteville.
The best Italian restaurant ever! I'm from Italy and really know how italian food have to be; I strongly suggest it!

Authentic Italian pizza. The food was amazing and the staff were super friendly. Definitely going to visit again!
This was our first time going here for lunch and OMG I came back hours later to get a pizza and I’m floored to how delicious every single bite was. I love how authentic it is and how pepperoni is not Italian. We will definitely come back for lunch and dinner. Best place in Fayetteville by far.
Hands down the best pizza in town in my opinion. We ordered a ham arancini, two diavolas, two margheritas, and five cannolis for takeout. Delicious and authentic! They also have wine imported from Italy. Bottom line: This will be our new pizza spot.
This restaurant is absolutely amazing!

Excellent brick oven pizza. Coming from a New Yorker as well
Incredible pizza!! Can’t wait to go back for more.
Not a fan of the pizza made here but to each it's own. Very friendly staff and very cool concept. The crust to me had a very weird flavor and the sauce was to watered down for our taste. Please check them out for yourself, as my father always said "at least try it once so that you know".
Seriously everything was amazing
I ordered 2 pizza's, 2 cannoli's and 2 tiramisu for over $60. I have had a lot of wood fire pizza in other places; but here the bottom of the pizza was burnt, not charred. The tiramisu was one layer and watery and not by expresso. Meh
Nadia is from Naples and taught culinary arts for over a decade before opening this lovely little place. She does everything to perfection…and demands that it be authentic. Excellent…at every level. And this is coming from a world traveler who has eaten (the best) pizzas in New York…and Chicago…and Italy. Well done. Very well done.
Absolutely delicious! An amazing “hole in the wall” authentic Italian restaurant. Every thing is made to order and fresh. My 3 year old son loved the “pepperoni” pizza. We tried the ham rice balls - amazing!! And there are no words for the fried cheesecake. We will be returning!

She also said she’s been at this location for 2 years. I have lived in the Fayetteville area for 11 years and haven’t heard of this place. If it weren’t for Chris to want oven bricked pizza, I still wouldn’t haven’t tried this place. We ordered the margherita pizza, salami pizza fritta, rice balls, and a caprese salad. Everything was delicious. I then ordered a spinach fritta as everything tasted great. The deep fried fritta was flavorful and they even have a Nutella one that I am going to try the next time I go there. The margherita pizza was very simply made but it was packed with flavor. You can taste the love that is put into their food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting authentic Italian pizza. Nadia also does pasta Tuesday’s which is different every week. Gusto is a young small business that is owned and operated by women. They have incredible and authentic wood fired Neapolitan style pizza, which is much different than the standard American style chain pizza many grew up eating. Gusto is far superior to most wood fire pizza places because of their dedication to ingredients, traditional processes, and the craft of pizza making in accordance with Neapolitan Pizza Association (Associazione Verace Pizza napoletana,AVPN). The dough is freshly made from imported Italian 00 flour that has high protein content and is fermented for 24 hours to create a pillowy, chewy crust that is also crisp because it is cooked at around 100°F. This high-heat application causes heavy browning on the bottom and outside crust. This is highly desirable in this type of pizza and is called "leoparding." They have great wines and quality desserts. Admittedly, they are still growing and refining their processes. But it is impossible to beat the pizza quality and the love that Chef Nadia puts into all the dishes, which represents the type of passion that people from Napoli have for their food. She is AVPN certified and creating wonderful food to share with the community. Less

I was a first timer tonight! Also my first time having “real” pizza I suppose. Boy oh boy I don’t think I’ll ever have anything else after this! Even with nothing on it, the crust was GREAT and this is coming from someone who is not a crust-eater. If you haven't tried Gusto yet you are missing out! We attended a wine tasting and it was fabulous! The food and the wine was delicious!

If you want a light, refreshing, crispy pizza that isn't greasy, spicy or heavy, this is the way to go. There's something to be said for letting quality ingredients speak for themselves. In my opinion, the pizzas are of a "very generous personal" size or perhaps the perfect size for two light eaters, as shown in the pictures on the website. We tried dessert too. The Torta Caprese was delicous! We will be back. Less
I’m so disappointed. $40 for 2 pizzas?? The online menu said they were $12 and $16 so how does that add up to $37? Was that imitation crab salad really $10?? Nobody was wearing a mask inside, I almost wanted to just leave the food we ordered and say never mind but my bf was hangry and it wouldn’t have ended well. Two stars only because the crust was a very good Neapolitan-style crust. The margherita pizza had 80% too much sauce. The “horny goat” pizza was bland and boring with pretty gross pepperoni (was supposed to be salame calabrese). Really, incredibly disappointed with this experience. Less
Ok so the pizza is good but I guess I was expecting to be blown away. It doesn’t project a high quality image before you even walk in. Just a suggestion; look at it for yourself. Less
Haven't even tasted it yet but as a native of Pittsburgh PA...i grew up with Italians, raised Italian. The service, the place, the authenticity is spot on. Definitely come here if you want real deal neopolitan pizza
Absolutely delicious
This place is simply amazing! I’ve been here 3 times in the last week and each experience has been stellar. Chef Nadia has amazing charm and truly cares about the craftsmanship of her food. Everything I’ve had has been delicious and memorable, but my favorite is the Nutella Pizza Fritta. I’ll be a customer as long as she’s open!
Great pizza and wonderful people! Support local business!
If you're looking for from scratch italian good then look no further!
It was ok pizza. But they had a young guy in the back coughing Wiping his nose and going about his business. Hope he isn't handling food. There was no hand washing after that display.
Such a wonderful restaurant! I enjoyed a fantastically made, wood-fired pizza, and got to see it prepared and cooked in the beautiful oven there in the dining room. Each ingredient was well-accentuated, and the crust was probably the best part of the meal...till I had the fresh blueberry cheescake for dessert! Will definitely be going back.
Wanted to love this place but the pizza was over cooked/burnt on the bottom and the cannolis tasted off. I’ve been to Italy multiple times so yes, I know what real Italian food tastes like. I was also overcharged. Unfortunately, I won’t go back due to the above mentioned reasons. I always want to support small business but be honest with customers, it’s not worth the extra $1 or $2.
This is not the type of pizza that most Americans are accustomed to. These pizzas are small, wood fired masterpieces with light toppings that accentuate the fresh flavor of each ingredient. The sauce is delicious, and the cheese is quite good. The dough is lite and chewy with a pleasant, woodsy flavor baked in. The pizza would pair well with a small salad. The sauce is delicious, and the cheese is quite good. The dough is lite and chewy with a pleasant, woodsy flavor baked in. The pizza would pair well with a small salad. Though I did miss some pepperoni or chicken on the pizza, I believe that these little marvels are perfectly tasty on their own. I would strongly recommend getting at least two if you are hungry, though, because you might start craving more after finishing just one. Less
I 've been waiting for an italian true pizza for a long time...and my wishes came true. When we stop at Gusto its like to be back to the place where I came up...its comfortable ....original... warming .....pizza hand made in the fire wood....so good ....so unique❤.
We just moved from Italy and this place takes me back. Our Friday night pizza night may live on. La pizza è molto buona. 😋
Nadia is the bomb. Give her your money.
I been there today for the first time for some “chiacchere” and pizza fritta and I already can’t wait to go back and try the pizza out, DELICIOUS!
Awesome food!!
This place it is amazing , a jump in Italy in everyway food it is incredible thank you
This is true Italian pizza and reminds me of our times in Italy. There is a magic in the simplicity of the sauce, for example. The wood burning oven brings out the flavor of the crust, the melted cheese and fresh basil. Perfecto!!!
No need to travel to Italy for pizza. We have it in Fayetteville and it's fantastic! It was so good I plan to get a different one each Friday night for the next two months.
Authentic Italian pizza! Best pizza since Naples! Definitely stop by and try the pizza, the arancini or the paninis! Everything we've tried has been delicious! You won't be disappointed!
If you want a true Italian experience this is the place to go. I had been wanting pizza like I had in Florence and this was an identical taste. The staff were also very kind!
My fiancée and I just ate here, and I have to say...it is fantastic! My family hales from Salerno, so I grew up eating authentic Italian. It has always been so difficult for me to find authentic Italian food (and I usually hate eating out at “Italian” restaurants, because it’s Americanized), so I was pleasantly surprised to see a new Italian restaurant pop up in Fayetteville. It has always been so difficult for me to find authentic Italian food (and I usually hate eating out at “Italian” restaurants, because it’s Americanized), so I was pleasantly surprised to see a new Italian restaurant pop up in Fayetteville. The sign on the door that said that they “do not have pepperoni because it is not Italian” gave me the immediate realization that this place was about to be legit. This quaint and comfy restaurant is perfect for anyone interested in trying authentic pies. Delicious Less
Pizza was awesome! Nothing like it anywhere in Fayetteville. Not your standard American pizza, this is the real deal!
Best Neapolitan street food, like the original pizza Margerita baked in a wood-fired oven....
Amazing food, great people and service. Veteran owned.
The food was great! The menu is confusing if you aren't familiar with authentic Italian food. There are only three tables so you most likely will have to get it to go. I hope they redesign the front so they can add more tables, there's a lot of wasted space. Overall though, I definitely would go back for the food and I recommend this new restaurant in Fayetteville.
DELICIOUSSSSS!!! I’ve had the Margherita pizza & eggplant parm panini and both were so good. The freshness and quality are amazing. She stays true to her roots and there’s no place else like it!!
My wife and I ate there today and the wood-fired pizza is great! Nadia the owner, is from Italy and she doesn’t serve the typical American-style pizza. So no pepperoni for you! Fresh and DELICIOUS Naples pizza prepared by personally Chef Nadia!!!
I was asked today if I had ever had pumpkin cheesecake before and I said no. The chefs response was "well you will today" I simply replied "yes ma'am". It was like she combined Thanksgiving pumpkin pie with a mouthwatering cheesecake that envelopes you in a big hug. The pizza was light yet very filling. She turned a simple lunch into a masterpiece. If you haven't had wood fired, true Italian pizza, need to check this place out. I had the mortadella and smoked mozzarella(I added mushrooms), and it was delicious. The crust was probably the best part, in my opinion. They have a few different types of desserts as well. I got the ricotta and nutella fried pizza. What more do I have to say..
Great pizza. Great dessert. Lovely atmosphere. Will come get again. Totally worth it and every part was delicious!
Pizza looked and smelled amazing! Staff, not chef, were very polite. But, waited for 1 hour just to figure out our ticket wasn't in the line and was never going to be made. No organization and chef was egoistic. Will not return.
Stoped by for the first time today planning to get two pizzas and be on my merry way. First off, fried pizza is life changing. Secondly, I lived in NY/NJ long enough to think I knew what real pizza was. I was wrong. The pizza is much smaller than I'm used to, but it is packed with an unbelievable amount of flavor. The absolute best pizza in Fayetteville! It was love at first bite and it took me back to Naples. The ingredients are fresh and the recipes are authentic!
Great pizza! I’ll definitely be back.
This pizza and everything else is unlike ANYTHING I've ever had before. It's absolutely amazing. You WILL NOT be disappointed with Gusto's foods. Skip everything else and go here. I won't ever buy any other pizza bc they just dont compare. Seriously.
Great flavor and a wonderful personality. There us nothing comparable in fayetteville. Desserts are excellent as well. I wish them the best of luck!
