He and I have worked as a team to figure out what works for me and what doesn’t and tailor my treatment accordingly. And for anyone who is nervous about going to a chiropractor, like I was, if there is an adjustment that you aren’t comfortable with, Dr. H will use an alternative if there is one. Neck popping is not for me, but Dr. H has other methods of relieving tension in my neck that do not include snapping my head.
