In this one-hour ALL LEVELS Twerk session you will learn the basics of Twerk fitness and how to properly execute each move to prevent harm and injury. Whether you're a seasoned Twerker or a newcomer to the scene, ya girl Keish will guide you through every shimmy, shake, and booty pop. Class begins with a 15-minute warm-up. There will be a strong focus on the abs, lower back, glutes, and legs to ensure your muscles are warm and ready for lots of twerk action! In each class, we will focus on glute and leg activation as well as isolation exercises to help tone and strengthen the hips, legs, glutes, and back. You will also work on “core” twerk moves to develop twerk skills. You will then learn different twerk moves, holds, and techniques that will be combined into a short sequence so that you and the whole class can twerk it out together! No previous twerk experience is required! Shorts, knee pads, and a yoga mat are optional ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
