The Sacred Woman Sessions are based in feminine mystery school teachings, un.tamed embodied yoga, embodiment practices, alchemical dance, womb work, and so much more. Focusing on MIND-BODY-SPIRIT-EMOTIONS, each session is specifically designed for each individual woman. We take a look at her desires, needs, history, health and way of living in order to create a session, or set of session that to feel supported, witnessed, safe and empowered in her process.
