Membership Hold Request Form

Please Read Carefully Terms & Conditions:

Per Membership Contract - You the right to freeze a membership once per 6 month period for 1 consecutive week minimum to 2 consecutive months maximum.

A $20 Hold processing fee is due upon request and $20 a month Hold fee for the duration of your hold to secure your membership rate.

Hold MUST be placed in advance or day of start date.

Yolo Barre will NOT honor a back dated Hold request.

Members must be in good standing and current with membership dues at the time of request.

Your Hold will take effect on the day which you indicate.

This date can be any date of the month. Your monthly auto billing remains your regular payment but will be extended to accommodate your hold and will be waiting for you upon your return.

Medical Disability Freeze:

You must complete a Membership Freeze form as well as submit written verification from your physician stating that your medical disability will prevent you from working out. The term for a medical freeze my be up 6 months within a 12 month period. Yolo Barre reserves the right at its sole discretion, to require medical clearance prior to allowing member to return from a medical disability freeze or to deny re-entry for any member may be suspected (for any reason) of having a medical condition deemed by Yolo Barre to be detrimental to the safety, health or wellbeing of his/herself or any other Member or Guest. Hold fee applies for medical holds.

A Doctor's note is required for Holds beyond 2 months in length.
