Cool off, relax, and enjoy a fun-filled Pizza & Pool Party! Participants will have access to a heated pool and spa, plus plenty of activities including badminton, pickleball, basketball, and a ninja course. There’s also space to unwind, play games, and spend time connecting with friends in a relaxed environment.

We’ll make fresh pizzas for lunch together, encouraging teamwork and a shared cooking experience.

Strategies to Reduce Risk

  • Conduct a safety briefing before activities outlining pool rules, safe play, and group expectations

  • Maintain appropriate staff-to-participant ratios (1:1 or 1:2 depending on needs)

  • Ensure active supervision at all times, particularly around the pool and spa

  • Confirm participants can swim safely or provide flotation devices where needed

  • Encourage appropriate footwear when walking around wet surfaces

  • Provide sunscreen, hats, hydration, and rest breaks throughout the day

  • Staff to carry first-aid kits, emergency contacts, and communication devices

  • Monitor participants for fatigue, distress, or sensory overload and offer breaks when needed

  • Check dietary requirements and allergies before preparing food
