Deal Type

Fix & Flip - Funds to buy and renovate an investment property.

Bridge - A loan to pull out equity of a free and clear property for other purposes or to pay off any short term underlying loans until you sell or refinance the property.

DSCR - Loans for short term or long term rental properties.

Earnest Money - We will fund your earnest money deposit with the proper protection. This is only for the refundable deposit on your contract.

Double Closing - There are 2 separate contracts and you are the wholesaler. You are simultaneously buying the property and re-selling it to an end buyer.

Lender Liquidity - Funds that must be shown in escrow to satisfy the cash available a lender needs a borrower to have before the fund the loan.

Stack Method - You are the end buyer for the deal, and are having the seller carry back your down-payment in 2nd position.
