Funding Type Needed - Which of the following best describes your deal. *
Earnest Money - We will fund your earnest money deposit with the proper protection. This is only for the refundable deposit on your contract.
Double Closing - There are 2 separate contracts and you are the wholesaler. You are simultaneously buying the property and re-selling it to an end buyer.
Lender Liquidity - Funds that must be shown in escrow to satisfy the cash available a lender needs a borrower to have before the fund the loan.
Stack Method - You are the end buyer for the deal, and are having the seller carry back your down-payment in 2nd position.
Gap Lending - Funding the down payment and/or renovation costs for your fix and flip. Often in 2nd position.
Private Money Lending - Funding your down-payment or other longer term expenses for 6+ months, typically in 1st position.
