I understand that LIVE LOVE SPA will provide me with a branded table runner and table cloth that I am required to use on my table to ensure uniformity within the event.

Showcase table set-up *

I understand that I will be given, at minimum, a 4ft x 2ft table to display my products. I am required to bring my own equipment beyond this. (i.e. rolling racks, extensions cords etc)

I understand I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING MY OWN HOTEL RESERVATIONS. Live Love Spa has secured a group rate for my convenience with very limited availability at a first come first serve basis and/or cut off date while rooms last.
