By completing and submitting this form, you acknowledge understanding and agreement with the following terms and conditions: the information provided is confidential and proprietary, as defined below, to Travel Through Life LLC (DBA NC Tripping) “Confidential information” shall mean all information, in paper, electronic or other form, that relates to the Company which is not generally known to the public, including, but not limited to any business strategies, proprietary methods, price packaging, intellectual property, and other confidential information. You agree not to disclose, disseminate, or share any information obtained through this working relationship with any third party without the prior written consent of NC Tripping. You commit to using the information solely for the intended purpose, with any other use requiring explicit written consent. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the disclosed information for a period of 11 months and 30 days from the date of disclosure. Exceptions include information already known, publicly available, or becoming public knowledge through no fault of your own. Any breach may result in legal action, including injunctive relief and monetary damages. Pursuant to the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016, you understand that you will not be held criminally or civilly liable under any federal or state trade secret law for the disclosure of a trade secret that: (a) is made (i) in confidence to a federal, state, or local government official, either directly or indirectly, or to an attorney; and (ii) solely for the purpose of reporting or investigating a suspected violation of law; or (b) is made in a complaint or other document that is filed under seal in a lawsuit or other proceeding.
