A six-week intensive for executives leading a team that isn't speaking the same language (e.g. generational divide, reactive, default leadership, team executive functioning like organization or time management). We use Nasiah Circincione-Ulezi's CARE (Connect, Attune, Reflect, Empower) Cycle framework to disrupt default leadership behaviors.
