About the Role

Keri Virtual Assistants is looking for a proactive and detail oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support the day to day operations of an online business. This role focuses on administrative support, Shopify operations, order management, and basic workflow automation.

You will work closely with the internal team to keep systems organized, orders moving smoothly, and customer issues handled efficiently. If you enjoy structured work, clear processes, and supporting growing online brands, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support - Handle clerical tasks, timesheet approvals, Gusto data entry, scheduling, and maintaining internal org charts

  • E-commerce Operations - Manage Shopify product detail pages, assist with order splitting, and support customer service tickets related to tracking issues, lost shipments, or order updates

  • Order and Customer Support - Monitor support requests, coordinate with fulfillment teams, and ensure timely resolution of order related concerns

  • Automation Support - Assist with simple workflows using GoHighLevel and Simplero such as routing Google Voice messages to Slack or triggering basic notifications

  • System and Data Updates - Keep records accurate across tools and platforms and flag issues or inconsistencies when spotted

What We Look For

  • 3 plus years of experience as an E-commerce support specialist

  • Hands on experience with Shopify including product pages and basic order workflows

  • Strong administrative background including data entry, scheduling, and internal coordination

  • Familiarity with support ticket handling and customer communication

  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and basic automation platforms

  • Clear written English and reliable communication

  • Able to work independently and follow established processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GoHighLevel or Simplero

  • Exposure to Gusto or payroll related admin tasks

  • Basic understanding of E-commerce fulfillment and shipping workflows

  • Experience supporting fast growing online brands

Compensation

  • Rate: $7.00 - $8.00 per hour + benefits
