Hello, Hello!!

Have you ever wanted to know how to make a donut???? Well, guess what, now is your time!! We are looking to expand our team to get ready for fall! 
I want to share a little bit about the vision behind Hill City Donuts! While we are slingin' the best donuts Lynchburg has to offer, we want to make sure that you know, we prioritize people over donuts. What does this mean? This means that we are far more interested in the business of creating an experience than we are boosting donut sales. (although that of course is still important!) 
We are looking for a creative and self- motivated individual, with the desire to work hard and put smiles on every customers face! Our shop hours are 7am-1pm Tues-Fri and 8-2 Sat and 9-3 Sun, so the shifts will include early mornings.  If you strive to be punctual and consider yourself a morning person, this could be for you! We are currently looking for people that rock with the weekend hours, so if that is your jam, you could be our jam. 
With being a small business, there is always space to grow! Having a good attitude and being able to work great with customers is also something very important to us. We are in our growth era, so we are always welcome to ideas on how to get a Hill City Donut in the hand of every citizen of LYH!
