We accept return requests within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused.
The item must be in new condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
All components, hardware, manuals, and included materials must be present.
All return requests must be submitted through our official Returns Request Form within the 14-day return window. Returns submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
Approval of a return is at the sole discretion of Bulletproof Fitness Equipment.
If a return is approved:
A return shipping label may be provided at our discretion.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted for any item that:
Arrives damaged,
Shows signs of use,
Is missing components, or
Is not returned in its original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
Bulletproof Fitness Equipment reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
Returns will not be accepted more than 14 days after confirmed delivery.
