Liability Waiver & Agreement

If I am not providing proof of insurance, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in media activities at Southern Strength Gym at my own risk. I assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or property damage that may occur during my time on the premises.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Southern Strength Gym, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my use of the facility for photography, videography, or other media activities, except where prohibited by applicable law.

I understand that submitting this request does not guarantee approval. All media sessions must receive written approval from Southern Strength Gym prior to filming or photography. I also agree to follow all staff instructions, avoid disrupting members or normal gym operations, and understand that approval may be revoked at any time if these guidelines are not followed.
