Final declarations and consent
Read and acknowledge each declaration carefully. Submission constitutes a binding acknowledgement of all statements below.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a serious breach of your employment conditions and may result in termination, regardless of how much time has passed since commencement.

General declarations

I confirm that all personal, employment, tax, identity, and visa information I have provided is accurate, current, and complete to the best of my knowledge.

I have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out in my offer letter and position description, including my probation or internship terms and review schedule.

I consent to Sharktech Global (Divine Empyrean Pty Ltd, ABN 54 672 825 731) collecting, storing, and using my personal information for employment, payroll, and compliance purposes in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

I confirm that I hold the legal right to work or participate in a vocational placement in Australia for the duration of this engagement, and will notify Sharktech Global immediately if my status changes.

I understand that Sharktech Global may conduct background, identity, and reference checks as required, and I consent to this process.

I acknowledge that I have reviewed and will comply with Sharktech Global's code of conduct, workplace policies, and all obligations communicated to me during onboarding.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

The following declarations cover confidentiality and IP obligations across all engagements including internships. These cover VCPility, eTakeaway Max, Flagman, client data, source code, and all proprietary commercial information.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and signed the Sharktech Global Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms for the duration of this engagement and for the specified post-engagement period.

I acknowledge that all intellectual property, work product, code, designs, strategies, processes, and materials I create during this engagement are the sole property of Divine Empyrean Pty Ltd, and I waive any personal claim to ownership.

I understand that any unauthorised disclosure of confidential information, client data, or proprietary materials may result in immediate termination and may give rise to legal action.

I confirm that I have uploaded my signed copies of both the Confidentiality and NDA Agreement and the IP Assignment Agreement in Step 5 of this form.
