Relationship Coordinator

Part-Time • Remote/Flexible

A Continuous Charity (ACC) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented Funds Relationship Coordinator to support and strengthen partnerships tied to our Legacy and Educational Partnership Funds.

This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful connection, consistent follow-through, and service to the community. You will serve as a key link between ACC and its partners—helping nurture relationships, ensure clear communication, and support the growth of initiatives that provide ongoing (sadaqah jariyah–like) impact through education.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Legacy Fund and Educational Partnership Fund partners

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner communication and follow-up

  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure partner engagement and satisfaction

  • Track all communications, updates, and next steps within internal systems

  • Support onboarding of new partners with professionalism and care

  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective and current partners

  • Ensure partners receive timely updates, reports, and relevant fund information

  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen partnerships and improve retention

  • Maintain organized records of agreements, communications, and relationship status

  • Support outreach efforts to grow ACC’s network of partners

  • Assist with special projects related to donor relations and partnerships

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organization and follow-up ability

  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously

  • Professional, warm, and service-oriented demeanor

  • Experience in partnerships, nonprofit work, donor relations, account management, or community engagement preferred

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms

  • Alignment with ACC’s mission and a genuine desire to serve the Muslim community

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience with nonprofits, Islamic organizations, or educational institutions

  • Ability to build trust and sustain long-term relationships

  • Strong attention to detail and systems management

  • Self-starter who is dependable, responsive, and mission-driven

Time Commitment

  • Part-time, remote

  • Flexible hours based on partner needs and organizational priorities

  • Some availability for scheduled virtual meetings during business hours
