I understand that all membership changes must be made at least 1 week before my next billing date. Anything after will be applied to the following month.

I understand that IF I am currently in a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year contract, my account will be charged a $300 Early Termination fee upon canceling.

I understand that IF I am no longer in contract and currently receiving a Discounted Monthly Rate, that discounted rate will No longer apply if/when I choose to return at a later date. I understand that I will need to start a new contract at Current Gym Rates upon returning.
