Eligibility Criteria:

  1. The potential resident must be able to provide a Proof of Income, including SSI/SSDI or any benefits.

  2. The potential resident must agree in writing to abide by Grace Habitat's rules and regulations.

  3. The potential resident must be willing to sign a housing/member agreement.

  4. The potential resident must be willing to sign a release for a criminal background check (background checks are done on case-by-case basis)

  5. The potential resident must be able to ambulate independently in case of an emergency evacuation

  6. The potential resident must be deemed an appropriate candidate by the Grace Habitat Management Team.

Background checks are done on case-by-case basis and safety is our priority
