** All booths are a 6 ft x 6ft table space - vendors must provide their own table **

Our previous event at this location sold out at 2,000+ people per day

Set-Up & Event Hours

Vendor Set Up: 10:00-11:45

Event Hours: 12:00-7:00 pm

** No early takedowns allowed **

Booth Requirements

This is an indoor event. Vendors are responsible for bringing their full booth setup, including:

Table
Chairs
Tablecloth (full-length required)
Displays, signage, and decor

Booths should be clean, professional, and visually appealing.

Holiday Booth Theme Requirements 🎄

This is a Christmas-themed market, and all vendors are required to incorporate some form of Christmas or holiday decor into their booth setup to create a festive and cohesive shopping experience.

Freestanding holiday-themed backdrops behind booth displays are highly encouraged, provided they remain within your designated booth space and do not encroach on neighboring vendors' spaces.

- Booth fees are non-refundable

- All applicants, selected or not, will be notified

• Romance authors (all subgenres welcome: dark romance, romantasy, contemporary, paranormal, YA, and more)
• Bookish merchandise (book-inspired apparel, bookmarks, stickers, art prints, candles, etc.)
• Reading accessories (Kindle charms, sleeves, page holders, book lights, and more)
• Romance / spicy romance themed products that resonate with readers
• Creative, book-loving small businesses that fit the bookish community

(Please note: for this event, we will not be accepting food or beverage vendors, as the event will be held at a brewery.)
