Dive into a fun-filled day at Sea World! Participants will explore marine life exhibits, enjoy shows and rides, and engage with interactive experiences while learning about sea creatures. This outing is designed to encourage curiosity, social connection, and confidence-building in a safe and supportive environment. Entry and lunch are included. Strategies to Reduce Risk
Conduct a pre-departure safety briefing outlining group boundaries, behaviour expectations, and meeting points
Maintain 1:1 or 1:2 staff-to-participant ratios depending on support needs
Ensure participants have sun protection, water, and appropriate clothing
Staff to carry first-aid kits, emergency contact details, and communication devices
Supervise participants closely, especially around water areas and rides
Monitor for fatigue, dehydration, or emotional distress
Assign buddies or small groups to prevent separation
Check all ride restrictions and safety requirements for participants beforehand
Monitor for sensory overload and provide quiet or shaded rest areas if needed
