Active Participation
I will attend meetings when I can, contribute to discussions, and complete small tasks or follow-ups that support the committee’s goals.

Professionalism & Collaboration
I will engage respectfully with other members, share ideas openly, and help maintain a positive, supportive environment.

Communication
I will stay connected through committee emails or messages and let the chair know if I’m unable to participate for a while.

Confidentiality
I will keep internal committee discussions, documents, and member information private unless approved for sharing.

Representation
I understand that I represent the NNBA while serving on this committee and agree to uphold its mission, values, and reputation at all times.

Voluntary Service
I understand that committee participation is voluntary and unpaid. I can step down at any time if I’m unable to continue.
