• Resident of Georgia (Athens, GA or surrounding areas).

Commitment: Minimum of 1yr

Meeting Schedule:

📆In-Person Meetings: Meetings will be held bi-weekly from 2:00 PM–4:00 PM, with meeting dates determined based on the best availability for participants and facilitators. Throughout the school year, girls may also participate in occasional Saturday field trips, conferences, workshops, service projects, and community outings designed to enhance their overall EHA experience. Additional weekday meetings or special events may be scheduled as needed and will always be communicated to parents/guardians in a timely manner through EHA’s official communication channels.

Notifications:
- If meetings are canceled or postponed, parents will be notified and provided with a rescheduled date.

Attendance Policy:

🔔Members must attend 80% of regular scheduled meetings to participate in any events and/or trips.
- Excessive tardiness and absences will result in removal from the program.

Annual Membership Enrollment & Monthly Dues:

Monthly dues support the maintenance of our meeting spaces and programs. A portion of these dues is allocated for lesson materials, snacks, select members-only apparel, and select community events and outings.

1 Child : $100 Annual Enrollment - $50/Monthly Dues

2 Children: $200 Annual Enrollment-$95/Monthly Dues

3 Children: $250 Annual Enrollment - $145/Monthly Dues

*EHA offers payment plan options for monthly dues.

*Scholarships are provided based on availability and eligibility.
