Content and Promotional Materials Consent

By submitting this application and providing any photographs, headshots, logos, biographies, presentation materials, recordings, videos, written content, social media content, or other materials ("Content") to SustainHer, you grant Odette de Beer and SustainHer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, adapt, and display the Content for promotional, marketing, educational, archival, and communication purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Event promotion and ticket sales
Website content
Social media posts and advertising
Email marketing and newsletters
Event programmes and speaker profiles
Community communications
Podcast, video, and audio content
Future promotional materials relating to SustainHer and its events

You confirm that:

You own the Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it.
The use of the Content by SustainHer will not infringe the rights of any third party.
You grant permission for SustainHer to edit, crop, resize, or adapt the Content as reasonably required for promotional purposes.

You understand that while SustainHer will make reasonable efforts to update or remove Content upon request where practical, materials already published, distributed, archived, printed, recorded, or shared may continue to be used and retained.

This consent remains in effect unless withdrawn in writing, except in relation to materials already created, published, distributed, or archived prior to the withdrawal of consent.
