Requirements

Children must bring a yoga mat with them.

Mats can be bought at Mr Price Sports.
Please mark your child’s mat with their names

We do have spare mats for those who need.
Wear comfortable clothing that they can move in.

I, the parent or legal guardian of below-named student, a minor, understand that my child will be participating in a yoga class.

I accept that the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class which he/ she will receive instruction about yoga and actively participate in yoga exercise. I understand that yoga requires physical movement and bodily exertion which may result in an accident of physical injury.
