As a content producer, I agree that my TV show will not include or broadcast any material containing profanity, nudity, hate speech, content promoting homosexuality, occult themes, or anything that is contrary to the teachings of the Word of God. Additionally, I will not air content that disparages, discredits, or attacks any individual, ministry, or business. I further acknowledge the responsibility to maintain a standard of professionalism, respect, and integrity in all broadcast content, in accordance with network guidelines and applicable laws.

You agree that this is a six-month renewable agreement. This includes three days a week of TV airtime with each slot of 28.5 minutes to air on your choice TV Network channel, selected from the PTWWN Broadcasting Platform. You will also receive a personalized 24/7 Video On Demand channel to broadcast all of your current and past episodes on your website and social media platforms.

The contract starts on the day you sign it. You’ll have up to 90 days to prepare your content before getting started. If you need more time, just let us know.

Broadcast Content Agreement – Copyright and Legal Compliance As a broadcaster, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding copyright and legal compliance: Copyright Compliance I affirm that all content I submit for broadcast is either my original work or that I have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any third-party materials (including music, video clips, images, and written works) included in my show. I understand that unauthorized use of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited and may result in removal of my program and legal liability. Prohibited Content I will not broadcast any material that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or trade secrets. I will avoid using pirated or unlicensed content in any form. Defamation and Privacy I agree not to broadcast content that defames, invades the privacy of, or otherwise harms the reputation of any individual, business, or organization. Legal and Regulatory Standards I agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and network guidelines regarding broadcast content. This includes, but is not limited to, rules set forth by the worldwide internet, FCC and other relevant authorities. Liability I understand that I am solely responsible for the content I provide for broadcast. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the network, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from my failure to comply with these terms. nt. Refer 3-5 people you know who may be interested in learning more about the PTWWN Vision Alive Mission. They can receive the same opportunity as you. If they sign up for a TV Show or film project, you will receive a referral bonus for each enrollment.

Content submissions: You agree to upload your content to our system at least 5 days before your scheduled air date. This gives the traffic department enough time to include your show in the TV lineup. If you submit your content late, it may or may not be broadcast due to upload stipulations.

PTWWN Broadcasting agrees to air your content in the specified time slot as agreed upon. However, PTWWN Broadcasting is not responsible if your content is not aired due to technical malfunctions, internet outages, or other unforeseen disruptions. In the event such issues arise, PTWWN Broadcasting will make reasonable efforts to reschedule and rerun your show at another available time.

Do you understand funding opportunities of fundraising and financing is available for filming, editing and additional airtime. You receive credits for every dollar that is donated to your creator account. You can redeem credits for services anytime of you can save them for larger projects.
