Membership Cancellation Notice
In line with our Membership Cancellation Terms & Conditions, we require a minimum of 28 days’ notice to process any membership cancellation. If your cancellation request is submitted less than 28 days before the end of the current month, your membership will remain active and will instead be cancelled at the end of the following month. Please also note that direct debits must not be cancelled with your bank until your membership cancellation has been fully processed and confirmed by us. Cancelling your direct debit prematurely may result in additional administration charges being applied when recovering any outstanding payments.
