INITIAL CLEANING: Customer decides if they want it to be a General Cleaning or a Deep Cleaning.

The initial clean gives us the time and opportunity to bring your home up to our standards. Because we have never been in your home before and the conditions are unknown, it usually takes us longer and it's more work to clean it for the first time.

GENERAL CLEANING: We dust, clean & tidy up all the areas. We just won't have the time to focus on all the hand wiping and vacuuming of the high and low areas like the baseboards, ceiling fans, doors, and door frames that would get done in a deep clean.

DEEP CLEANING: It's a thorough cleaning of all the areas of your home. We remove a deeper level of grime and dirt. We pay extra attention to each area; the doors, door frames, ceiling fans, baseboards, and many more gets hand wiped. As well, we will pay extra attention to build up, double scrubbing bathrooms.

This applies to BOTH General & Deep Clean:

***BEDS: The above cleanings include making of all beds, ONLY 1 change of bedsheet is included. Additional change of bedsheets is $12 per additional bed.

***WINDOWS: We spot clean interior windows where there are visible smudges or fingerprints. To detail clean each window it's an add-on. (ONLY post construction cleaning includes windows.)

***APPLIANCES: We hand wipe the exterior of the appliances, the interior will be an add-on. (ONLY moving cleaning include interior of appliances)

MOVING CLEAN: Our Moving cleaning service is a thorough cleaning of all the areas of your home. This type of cleaning really gets deep into places usually not covered in a regular general cleaning. We pay extra attention to each area; the doors, door frames, ceiling fans, baseboards, and many more get hand wiped. Plus, we will pay extra attention to build up & double scrub bathrooms. We also clean inside cabinets, drawers, closets, the fridge, and the oven.

PC CLEANING: Our post-construction cleaning is a detailed cleaning of all the interior areas of your home from top to bottom, we dust the walls, hand wipe the doors, door frames, ceiling fans, baseboards, and many more get hand wiped removing as much dust as possible. It includes cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and closets (only when empty). As well, it includes cleaning interior windows. Post construction is per hour per technician.

(Exterior cleaning of windows is an add-on and we only do them as long as they are accessible.)

Upon completion of those two things your cleaning is considered confirmed.
