Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Reservations can only be guaranteed with pre-payment. Payment can be made in cash in advance, at our mobile office, through MBway, or bank transfer.

Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to maintain our organization to the highest standards of quality.

For cancellations made the day before the reserved session, a fee of 50% of the session value will be applied. For cancellations made on the same day as the session, an 80% fee of the reservation value will be applied, with the remaining 20% being used for a future reservation.
