ROLE:

As a Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by swiftly addressing and resolving calendar, automation, and other system-related issues faced by our clients.

With your expertise in GoHighLevel and softwares in general, you will enable our Client Success Managers to focus on building relationships and coaching clients, while you efficiently handle technical challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

❖ Technical Issue Resolution: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve daily client inquiries related to gohighlevel.com. This includes calendar management, automation processes, and any other system issues that may arise.

❖ Customer Support: Deliver top-notch customer support by understanding clients' needs, providing clear instructions, and ensuring timely resolutions to their technical concerns.

❖ Platform Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of gohighlevel.com to guide clients in maximizing the platform's functionalities and features.

❖ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions. Collaborate with the team to develop a knowledge base for common problems and solutions.

❖ Collaboration: Work closely with our Client Success Managers to provide seamless technical support and contribute to a positive customer experience.

❖ Innovation: Understand our clients' needs and challenges and help us develop systems around our core offer to benefit our clients' results.

❖ Full-time position: between 35-45 hours a week depending on tasks (no side gigs)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in marketing and CRM software, particularly GoHighLevel and Zapier.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in spelling, grammar, and brand alignment in all video content.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in GoHighLevel

HOURS:

The company operates in Eastern Standard Time.

To be determined based on experience and qualifications.
