1. Scope of Mentorship

I understand that Return to the Garden is a mentorship and spiritual coaching program, not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical treatment, or crisis support. Meghan Farner is not acting as a therapist, doctor, or legal advisor in this role.

2. Personal Responsibility

I take full responsibility for my emotional well-being, participation, and the outcomes of applying what I learn. I understand that results may vary and depend on my commitment and engagement.

3. Confidentiality

I agree to maintain confidentiality for other participants in group sessions, including personal stories and shared experiences. I understand the importance of creating a sacred and respectful space.

4. Payment Agreement

I agree to the selected payment terms and understand that my enrollment is non-refundable. Payment plans are a commitment, not a subscription, and must be paid in full unless otherwise arranged.

5. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

I understand that all group calls will be recorded and made available to me. There are no refunds or reschedules for missed live sessions.

6. Spiritual & Ethical Integrity

I will participate with respect for others, open-heartedness, and a willingness to grow. I understand that disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided are for personal use only. I will not share, distribute, or replicate any content without written permission.
