The Customer Protection Plan is like insurance. It covers fire, storm, water damage, theft, general wear-and-tear, and other situations beyond your control that can happen anytime. This is a monthly fee and is not refundable.

If you elect to provide a Certificate of Insurance instead of using our Customer Protection Plan, we must receive proof of insurance from your insurance company showing coverage for the delivery address and Furniture Options as a “Loss Payee” or “Additional Insured” prior to delivery.
