RETCS offers virtual administrative support for real estate transactions, assisting from listing to closing. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Preparing documents and managing signing requests
Scheduling inspections, appraisals, and sign installations/removals
Scheduling marketing
Coordinating appointments for photographers, designers, contractors, and walkthroughs
Overseeing transaction files to ensure a seamless process from listing to closing
Pricing
New Brokerage Setup: $550.00
Membership Fee for Drop-in Service: $50.00/year
Listing Services: $100.00
Seller Represented Sale: $299.00
Buyer Represented Sale: $399.00
Escrow Cancellation Fees:
0-10 days: $100.00
11-20 days: $199.00
21-30 days: $299.00
*Listing Files will be charged a maximum of $399, in place of multiple cancellation fees, when more than one escrow cancels.
Referral Credit: $50.00 credit per referral who signs up.
Outside Vendor Services & Fees
Upon request, we can coordinate additional services, including photography, staging, MLS input, sign & lock boxinstallation/removal, marketing materials, property profiles, title searches, and delivery of CIC Resale Packages. Fees for these services are paid directly to the vendor at the time of request.
Payment & Billing
Invoices are sent before or after services are performed. Payments are due:
After a new client or brokerage setup
After an authorized vendor service is performed
Upon escrow cancellation or closing
Upon listing expiration or withdrawal
Upon termination of this agreement
Late Payments: Accounts 30+ days past due incur a $50 service fee. If delinquent beyond 30 days, an additional 10% late fee applies.
Opening Your First File
Submit new listings or sales files via the link in our website.

Turnaround Times
Listings: Processed within 24 hours (M-F). Submissions after 3 PM Friday/Saturday will be processed Monday.
Transactions: Processed same day if all required documents are received. Submissions after 3 PM Friday/Saturday will be processed Monday.
Tenant Screenings: Processed within 24 hours (M-F).
Confidentiality
We do not share or use client information without permission. Marketing materials created from having business with you may be included in our portfolio.
Business Hours
Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM (PST)
Closed: Weekends & Holidays
Limited service during Christmas/New Year’s and our TC’s personal holiday weeks per year.
Agreement Terms
Independent Contractor: RETCS is not an employee of the Client.
Taxes: RETCS handles its own taxes.
Ongoing Service: No additional contract is needed for future services.

This includes the New Client Onboarding Fee and provides ongoing, reliable support for all your transactions. The subscription renews automatically each year, ensuring seamless service without any interruptions.
For first-time clients, this one-time $50 fee covers one file of transaction coordination services. If you choose the Annual Plan, this fee is included, giving you hassle-free service for the entire year. Perfect if you’re just starting out or need help with a single transaction.
For returning clients who are updating their details and renewing their agreement with RETCS, there’s no payment due now. You’re authorizing the $50 annual charge for continued service. This option ensures your account remains active, and your transactions stay organized with our ongoing support. Your subscription will automatically renew each year, providing seamless service without interruption.
