Tier 1 Contract – Basic Tax Planning

TAX PLANNING SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between Fresh Start Global Enterprise, LLC d/b/a Fresh Start Financial Services ("Fresh Start") and:

1. Scope of Services

Under Tier 1, Client will receive the following services:

  • One 60-minute Tax Planning Strategy Call (booked after final payment)

  • Review of last two years of tax returns (personal and business, if applicable)

  • Evaluation of business structure and ownership type

  • Identification of basic legal deductions applicable to the client’s industry

  • Guidance on estimated tax payments and due dates

  • Summary report with key recommendations and action items

2. Payment Terms

  • Total Cost: $500

  • Deposit Due Upon Signing: $250 (non-refundable)

  • Remaining Balance Due: $250
    This balance is due prior to booking the final strategy call.

The Client understands that no deliverables will be provided until the deposit is paid in full. Strategy calls will not be scheduled without full payment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Client agrees to:

    • Complete the intake form fully and truthfully

    • Upload all necessary documents (prior tax returns, income reports, etc.)

    • Submit payment via the link provided at the bottom of the intake form

    • Communicate promptly and attend all scheduled sessions

4. Refund Policy

All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable. Should the Client choose not to proceed after payment, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the fee.

5. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing. However, work completed up to that point is still due and payable.

6. Acknowledgement

By signing below, the Client agrees to the terms outlined above.
