To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Fees for Services (e.g., packages priced at $497, $997, $1,997, $2,997, $4,997) must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely via our merchant/payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
By submitting payment, you authorize us to process charges in accordance with your purchase.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.
You agree not to misuse our Services. Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):
Copying, reselling, or distributing TBM content without authorization.
Providing false or misleading information when using the Services.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or user accounts.
Using the Services for unlawful purposes.
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by TBM MANAGEMENT LLC dba The Bradford Method (including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, videos, and training materials) remain the exclusive property of TBM. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for personal or business purposes only.
The Services are provided for educational purposes only.
We make no guarantees regarding specific funding approvals, credit limits, or results.
Lending decisions are made solely by independent third-party lenders based on their criteria.
Your results may vary depending on your business profile, creditworthiness, and compliance with lender requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBM MANAGEMENT LLC dba The Bradford Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in question.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
